Think back to your days in undergraduate English classes. After spending hours finishing your essay, your work is not over yet, because you still needed to proofread your work, do some final touches to make your work better, and edit it until it was perfect to publish or turn in to your professor. In some cases, our students, too, are having a hard time writing English essays. With different topics required in class and even in the professional world, starting and finishing needs structure. In line with this, writing an essay may go beyond ideas and thoughts – our students must also consider the format and the presentation of an essay to make let their idea come across to their readers. Thankfully, unifying thoughts and making output cohesive is easier with technology in the classroom tools that will help our students self-edit and write English essays.
