If you could have any person (living, dead or fictional) as a principal, who would it be?
Gandhi. I think he was the original creator of No Child Left Behind. He was able to motivate and inspire without hurting anyone else.

What is the greatest misconception about teachers?
Teachers have to have total control all the time for learning to occur.  Sometimes the best lessons are the ones you don't plan.  My classroom often times looks chaotic but a lot of learning goes on.
